Microsoft tenant care

Most Canadian offices we meet already have a Microsoft 365 tenant. It was set up during a move, by the last technician, or by whoever clicked through the trial. We take that tenant and make it match the org chart.

Usual scope

• Entra ID: users, groups, admin roles, guest access, and conditional access that does not lock the owner out.
• Exchange Online: shared mailboxes, aliases, and litigation hold only where you asked for it.
• SharePoint and OneDrive: sharing defaults, and the sites that should have been private.
• Teams: teams that map to departments, with guest access written down.
• Intune: enrolment, a Windows baseline, and a way to wipe a lost laptop.

Microsoft 365 is a Microsoft product. We are not Microsoft. We administer the tenant you already pay for, and the invoice says so.
